Refund policy

Upon receiving your order, you will have 5–10 minutes to inspect and try the product while the courier is present.
If you decide not to keep the item, you may return it immediately to the courier and pay only the shipping fees.

Items accepted without inspection are considered the customer’s full responsibility

During sale periods, you may check your order upon delivery, but no refunds or exchanges are allowed after the courier departs.
